Thank you k/W for offering us a window of opportunity to converse our Harari-issues positiveley and openly. Apart from ammending our Constitution where ammendig is imperative , it is high time(for us) to think of the effectiveness of conventional and volunt ary man power in it`s management and coordinattion vis a-vis the existing growing needs of its ` members and the multpilicity its` operations.How long can we continue like this? "HCO" Constitutional Amendment I would like to thank Kairi Wer to bringing up the need of our organizational constitution amendment. I’ve been hearing several comments over years from individuals and even a few board members that our constitution needs amendment, but no detail and section of the area where it needs to amend the most is mentioned or proposed. I personally have seen no one came forward with as such well drafted proposal as Kheiri Wer. Good Job ! Fellows,I’ve personally endorsed the Idea of elder’s council amendment and if I may inject my point of this discussion.

This is one of the most interesting professionally designed Harari web page I came across and have no doubt it will help to advance our society in many aspect with professionalism guidance to the bright future. From what I see it will also monitors its proper messages to ensure we all including our children could visit the site and inject their opinion.

I am a proud harary not by hanging “mot” on the wall of my house or try to live by my ancestor’s historical legacy, which a lot of us unfortunately these days live by and continue still to do so. I am most grateful for what your about to do and I pray to god for you with all my heart. Good onya mates!If I could ask of you some thing it would how to make a better hararian out of us young hararies abroad to lead by example. We have the resources to learn to work and became a better person and in retune be better for hararies as a whole.No one can argue that only from a healthy mind comes a healthy thought. If we are successful in our individual journey and happy we will stretch our hand to extend our selves our time and mined for every hararian in need. You might ask what my contribution is for harar and hararians?I am currently studying science and hope to graduate in2005 with Environmental chemistry and my dream is something to do for harar, as you can see all over the world environmental issues are causing a lot of grief and damage to the world we live in and my world is “Harar” I am proud and stand tall as long as harar exists. Iam sure there are a lot of young hararies that feel this way and what I ask of you is.In your website can you construct an up-to-date chatt room that can get the fresh mind of young hararies from allover the glob? I read your group's advertismet, which came to my attention through Harari Beri (HB), with enthusiasim. certainly a new way of thinking, which advocates for tolerance, cooperation, appreciation of one's effort, novel ideas, etc among the Harari community living both in Ethiopia and abroad is a timely initiative. hence, I'll be glad to be part of this begining.

I am very supportive of hearing Khairiwer. I hope this will shape the stratigic plan and will also be appealed to the development of our society and be a design model. Specially Khairiwer, as a key contributor to the quality of life of our selfs our children and our coming generation too. Let us give priority to our children to bring then in to better condition, value them and nurish them with good knowledge and education. I hope this will open the door for everybody to pread the wellness of Khairiwer.

Hi Khairiwer webmaster.I am glad to see such a wonderful and optimised web page which lead all optimistic hararians toward constructive thoughts. I believe that we better start thinking of organise in some ways helping each other back home or in Diaspora. In business wise that is a great achievement to see brothers grouped or teamed to make fortune. On this ocacion I would love to say well done to Team Hararian Taxi Incorporation. I think this is something we need to learn, not always opposing each other.On this occasion I ‘ve seen lots of Australian - hararian motivated individuals organised to help the current desperate situation due lack of water in our beloved city Harar. Dear Khairiwer It is about time that hararis out side Ethiopia take responsibility and work for their survival, the way things are discussed and issues are prioritized , it is sickening and those who really want to help the advancement and the real progress of hararies , they should know, how unique Hararies are and how it is easy for others to destroy the existence of hararies, wake-up and know that you got a lot to do. let us share the good things and avoid together the avoidables.

Mashallah after all there is some body who thinks positive and do constractive staff out there. I really admire your objective and wish you all the success. Building something is rather a difficult task than distroying it. May Allah give you the strength to meet your objective. As long as you are determined, it is just a matter of time before you see some change on peoples attitude. And I am sure you guy's are determined to meet this task.
